TAMARISK FARM WALKS 2017

............... . Come and see how your food is grown ...............

- WILD FLOWER WALK -

Sunday 11th June 2017 - in time for a 2.30pm start.

Meet at the Cogden National Trust car park

Everyone is invited to join us for a delightful stroll away from the usual public access to show off the beautiful display of spring wildflowers, particularly the orchids, at the National Trust land at Cogden.

This will be an opportunity to learn more about the wildlife and conservation, to meet the farmers and to discuss the history and management of this special place.

No charge (except the usual car park fee). Cogden is about midway between Swyre and Burton Bradstock on the B3157 coast road.

The walk will last between 2 and 3 hours. Dogs may come if calm and on a lead. As always we will try to accommodate anyone with mobility difficulties but it helps to contact us in advance. There will be no charge and no need to book but please feel free to contact us for more details. Remember to wear suitable footwear for uneven ground.
